  • The outcome of any engagement with a listed agent or business

Featured listings are paid placements. A "Featured" label indicates that the agent or business has purchased a promoted listing. It does not indicate superior quality, endorsement, or recommendation by Migration Registry.

4. Your Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the Site to provide or purport to provide immigration assistance or advice
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Site without our written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

5. Enquiry Forms and Lead Submissions

  • Your contact details and message will be forwarded to the selected migration agent or business
  • Your engagement with that agent or business is a direct relationship between you and them — Migration Registry is not a party to that relationship
  • We accept no responsibility for the conduct, advice, or services of any agent or business you contact through the Site
  • We do not monitor or control communications between you and listed agents or businesses

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layout, and software — is the property of Migration Registry or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Agent and business profile content (names, contact details, MARN numbers) sourced from the MARA Register is publicly available information.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including migration agent websites, government websites, and service provider websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
